Out of a total of 48 selections, he won 18 of them, he was selected as the best service advisor of the month 8 times and as the best employee of the month 10 times based on customer satisfaction evaluation. He receives the vehicles coming for repair, determines the repair work based on the damage and the customer’s request, and works in feedback with the customers, successfully registering and introducing the works as a technician for 1 year, then started working as a service advisor in October 2019. During his work, he never received any complaints from customers, and many customers congratulated him by expressing special thanks. He is one of our talented employees, has completed Toyota SA, Toyota Pro SA courses and obtained Toyota Service Advisor certification.
